Stay was excellent. Food,ambience,hospitality and staff all things are upto the mark as expected . Definitely a best place for a weekend staycation.

The property needs major improvement and maintenance. They have 4 blocks 2 of which are entirely not maintained and unfortunately this time they made us stay there. The staff did there best to make us feel confortable in every way but the place in itself was so uncomfortable. Stinky sheets, corridor was so stinky we had to run and cross to reach the room. Cleanliness of the outside area was a big problem. Parking is a hassle in this hotel. There is hardly any open space to relax and you keep either climbing stairs up or down.

Had a 1 day trip to Kasauli , with my friend and family . The property was awesome with all the amenities . The food and staff was excellent .

reached the hotel with family on a personal vehicle. at first were surprised to see the incline which was very steep that we had our doubts if we will reach the top but we did. on arrival were given a welcome drink strawberry juice. The room was in a separate block top floor. on opening the room were surprised with the filth on the floor and balcony which the hotel promptly cleaned. The view from the room was very good but the balcony was very small but adequate to adjust 2 adults. The dinner was at the rooftop restaurant which was ok for the seating but food was so so. not too good for the exorbitant prices so don't keep your hopes high. The kids wanted to visit the pool for some fun which appeared clean from afar but really filthy like the filters were not working. lots of floaters including feathers. no attendant or lifeguard was available. requested the waiters nearby to send someone but no one came. The breakfast buffet was well laid out but taste lacked in almost everything. lunch we had outside. The dinner we tried at the first floor valley view restaurant which now had a good taste with an excellent hostess assigned to us. overall the stay was good with some quirks like monkeys banging on the roof early in the morning which I suppose is a common menace in kasauli.

The property seems to be over prized. They could not manage the rush of the guests at the break fast. Hospitality level was good. Stay rooms does not match the price being charged.

We have enjoyed a lot ,the property and location is very beautiful and mesmerizing the staff was very friendly and the staff's hospitality is very good and the resorts are very beautiful

The Checkin process is not up to the mark and nowhere stands which relates to 4/5 star standards. Keeping in mind the check-in time, we reached the hotel at 2.30 p.m. but we were told the rooms are yet to be done up. The rooms were also not very clean. There were no towels in the rooms when we occupied the rooms. However, I will give full marks to the Breakfast spread and also the overall restaurant service. The food is on the higher side cost wise but the food is good. The location of the Hotel is fantastic.

Pros :- 1. Beautiful & well maintained property 2. ⁠Polite & courtesy staff to take care of 3. ⁠Location & ample parking space Cons:- 1. Delay in room service due to limited set of staff specially in Corner wings 2. ⁠Parking having a very steep elevation may have problem for few drivers

Rooms were nice but service can be improved. Food quality and taste was average and can be improved. For kids there were no options to play except for a very small park which was there in the corner of the property.

It was an awesome stay at Ramada…had a blast of time

It was a wonderful stay at Ramada Kasauli👌🏻 The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean even better than we expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food — delicious and satisfying in every way. Overall, it was a memorable and excellent trip. Highly recommended 👍

*Hotel Review – Ramada* I recently stayed at the Ramada and would like to share my experience. The property is well-maintained, and the location is excellent. The food served was delicious and certainly met my expectations in terms of quality and taste. However, I was disappointed to find that several basic amenities were missing from the room, including: A) Towels B) Slippers C) Shaving Kit D) Iron E) Non-functional television Considering Ramada is a reputed brand known for its service and quality, such oversights were unexpected—especially when paying a significant amount for a one-night stay. I had specifically chosen this hotel based on the brand’s reputation and my past positive experiences. Additionally, the first room I was assigned was located quite far from the reception. I found this inconvenient and immediately requested a room closer to the main area. Thankfully, the staff honored my request and changed the room promptly. While the overall ambiance and food were commendable, I hope the management takes note of these service gaps to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests. Regards Ashish Jain ******

The rooms are comfortable. Nice view with mountain on the opposite side with lights give a pleasant sight. The food served is nice . The location is good. The staff is courteous and takes good care.
