My stay at Raj Mahal Hotel in Moradabad, booked through MakeMyTrip, was truly wonderful. The hotel’s ambiance was warm and inviting, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Location is quite good. Food needs little improvement . Basic amenities like toileteries , shower , towels etc needs to be updated . Room service and staff service is good

Exceptional stay Highly recommend. I don't understand why some people have rated this hotel only 3star because my experience was absolutely fantastic. staff behaviour, their service, rooms, location, food everything was just perfect.

Food was not that good in the room service also dont have buffet breakfast option. You have to order for the breakfast

The hotel didn't justify the high price quoted. The rooms were small The tap in my room was leaking and required multiple trips of housekeeping to address same. Overall average experience but 2x price. Not worthy versus price paid, unless you find an alternate accommodation.

Housekeeping & service are good. Food quality also good. Overall good stay experience at rajmahal. I like to stay next time
