Worst Hotel at Moradabad
I checked out at the hotel at 5:30 AM, but they didn't update. Do not provide room keys, AC remote, Tv Remote. Ac not working properly, Fan speed is too slow, The washroom is dirty, no availability of body wash etc. Worst hotel too much price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Asapian and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and proper welcome by the friendly staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail. In terms of hygiene, the hotel truly shone. My room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and towels. The bathroom was immaculate, with a generous supply of toiletries. The hotel's public areas, including the lobby and restaurant, were equally well-maintained. Safety was also a top priority at Asapian The hotel had robust security measures in place, including CCTV cameras and secure entry systems. The staff were also happy to assist with any concerns or questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend Asapian to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and safe place to stay. The hotel's excellent staff and facilities made for a truly enjoyable stay.

Why there's no inter religion couples allowed
I had a Visit from Gurugram to Moradabad they asked me for extra room booking and extra amount as i was traveling 300km i had no other choice and I did the extra room booking. very disgusting

Poor Stay
businessI came on a temporary duty to moradabad and stayed in the property seeing it's proximity to my place of duty and availability of meals. However they was no meals served there plus my room was cleaned only twice on 10 days the staff was not willing to give me a bill for my claim also, he said the mm t voucher is enough to claim. The hotel is still in its infancy. It is surviving only for love couples who use it for couple of hours.

No lights in room. Then room changed. No keys. Said keys are lost. Don't worry. Cctv hai. Very pathetic experience. Never go. I have to check out within 2 hr

Excellent Stay
The best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation

The room was very dirty wifi not working the bedsheet is very dirty staf is not good there was no towel, there was no water in the room

Hotel was excellent neet and clear rooms service was very good but snakes was very low quality location was very nice no crowd area but some time you will be walk to way the road to fine rickshaws and auto distance from hotel and main road it’s to far from like 2-3 km

Age restrictions
In this hotel the age of boy must be 21 + but according to indian majority act the person who has age above 18 is major. And make my trip has given 18+ age so please correct it because when i go at this hotel i have some issue regarding this. But over all conditions is very excellent and staff behaviour is also very excellent rooms are fully cleaned and hyegenic.

Stay was good. Property is far from the main city which is the main concern otherwise all good. Also food is bit expensive.
