I have the wirst experience with the Hotel I have Rasied several complaints about the Noise at Night but no one acknowlege

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a recent hotel booking made through your platform. The price displayed on your website at the time of booking clearly indicated that breakfast was included. However, upon receiving the invoice and checking in at the hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not part of the package. To make matters worse, the hotel itself is offering a better price than what I paid through MMT. It is standard for most hotels to include breakfast in the room rate, and I was unaware that choosing a lower-priced option through MMT would exclude it. This lack of clarity is extremely disappointing. When I checked again, the listing still showed a price with breakfast included, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

Taken premium room with extra cost but came to know while exploring other rooms that deluxe size was bigger than premium & there was nothing premium like facilities…not even mini bar in the room , no sleepers no proper toiletries..so it was just deluxe which they are selling in the name of premium at extra cost.

Pathetic room service, need to call for everything 2times also there was a guy in house keeping who rang room bell twice at 3am in night when we shouted he respond sir pani dene aaya tha .seriously at 3am who asked to send water and the prices for food is extremely high and room prices does not justify the value n amenities in the room so for me its a no for next time not worth at all

Good location - near to sales tax office, rooms are clean and decent breakfast spread. Courteous staff.

The hotel was good and the staff were sweet to talk to. The room I was staying at had everything a person needs and was well kept. I recommend staying here for people who come across Moradabad.

Location was good. On the main road and market. Good parking space. Too costly for fooding. overall good stay. spacious room and property was well maintained.

The overall experience was horrible There was no staff for services The reception didn’t answer the call Housekeeping was slow In room dining was slow and they sent the wrong order Even there was no hot water I had to wait about an hour for hot water

Room was good, Ambience is very good and hotel staff is also very polite but quality of food is less than average.

Our experience during the stay was quite disappointing. When we checked in, the rooms were not ready, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Basic amenities like towels were missing, and i had to repeatedly call the reception to get them provided. The food quality was average at best, falling short of expectations. Additionally, the facilities offered were very basic and did not justify the high charges. Overall, the stay did not meet the standards promised, and there is significant room for improvement in both service and value for money.

This is beautiful hotel to stay. Cleanliness is good. Food is average.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days in sep24. I'd rate the overall stay average to poor. I was in the premium room and i had specifically checked while booking that the room should have a refrigerator since i needed to keep something in it. But on checking in, i was told the room has no refrigerator. This was a totally misleading. Refrigerators are very basic item in any good hotel room. Very disappointing! other than that, the hotel property is good (for what one can expect in a city like moradabad. The room is spacious. The telecom system in the room though often did not work smoothly.

Breakfast was not good with very low option. Slow services. Not worth on this price.

Its on-road side, good food, amenities and services, will love to recommend others : please visit once if you are in moradabad

Property was good, nicely located, but room service was very poor, tv was having only free channels. I ordered a coffee, which was served after 45 minutes and 3 call to room service

An insect was found in the food which was prepared for breakfast. I tried to inform this the manger but he didn't take it seriously and denied to meet

Food was not good, switches were not working fine even food is too expensive which is absolutely pathetic

Nice clean rooms, reception staff quite helpful and welcoming. Rooms service was also quick. Food is expensive and al crate food taste is average. Breakfast spread is good and good taste.
