The location of the hotel is good. The room was neat , clean and spacious. The washroom was clean also. The food was tasty but a bit expensive. Staff behaviour was very good.

Poor Stay
The bed condition is not good even some insects roaming over the bed even a terrible night stay on that bed even extra time didn't provide to customers while checking did at 9:00Pm night & while increasing the time the. property manager demands the extra money for 04hour..

Poor Stay
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality and taste were extremely poor, and to make matters worse, they don’t allow outside food. This becomes very inconvenient since they don’t even inform guests about package details properly at the time of check-in. The overall experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Average Stay
Room was neat and clean.location was good.issue was with hotel staff.when i reached the room,it was not ready.no towels ,slippers ,dental kit etc were there.on asking they provied the items but in installments and took almost 40 minutes to provide these things which should be there before i entered the room.and for your information i checked in the room at around 11 pm

Newly built property. Decent rooms. Not a 3000 per night of property. Overpriced, considering the amenities and over-all experience. Highly disappointed with the breakfast options. Excellent Stay
I like their service and politeness. The receptionist was very kind and pretty , not stalking her but I'm expressing my gratitude to her . I overall like the stay , bed was comfortable , fan was fast , a.c was working well , however tv wasn't working but it's okay cause we don't watch tv's these days . A unforgettable experience. not a paid review but a genuine review

I had a wonderful stay at The Merchants Hotel! The check-in was quick, and the staff was extremely welcoming. My room was spacious, spotless,. The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions.
