First of all we were given very late check in at 4.00 PM. Then as a sorry we were offered a complimentary tea and then we were charged for that during check out. Worst staff, knows nothing.

The bed condition is not good even some insects roaming over the bed even a terrible night stay on that bed even extra time didn't provide to customers while checking did at 9:00Pm night & while increasing the time the. property manager demands the extra money for 04hour..

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality and taste were extremely poor, and to make matters worse, they don’t allow outside food. This becomes very inconvenient since they don’t even inform guests about package details properly at the time of check-in. The overall experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was neat and clean.location was good.issue was with hotel staff.when i reached the room,it was not ready.no towels ,slippers ,dental kit etc were there.on asking they provied the items but in installments and took almost 40 minutes to provide these things which should be there before i entered the room.and for your information i checked in the room at around 11 pm
