Review Of Hotel O Knight guest house

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, nd the staff's behavior was unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nd would give it the lowest rating possible. The hotel needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness nd customer service. It seems the hotel provided incorrect location information, causing significant inconvenience. To elaborate: - checked the location before booking, which showed 1 km away. - However, after making the online payment, the location turned out to be 15 km away. - Due to this discrepancy, had to leave the hotel nd spend the entire night in our car. This is a major inconvenience, and i should definitely file a complaint. and refund my money

The hotel washroom is not in use and there are many red ants on the bed and no cleaning and then I booked another hotel which was better than Hotel o knight.

Location is easy to reach, room is neat & clean, washroom is not good as the jet & flush are not working.
