I reached the hotel around 5:00 am in the morning. Both the receptionists were sleeping. I called both of them but they didn't wake up. I had to go near them to make one of them awake the guy told me to contact the next guy. So I had to do the same with the second guy too but to my surprise he was yelling out at the other guy to attend to me. I had to raise my voice to make at least one of them attend to me. I was offered a room I had to walk through an open area to the room & the area was dark with a lot of un attended garbage after some functions. I was lucky that I wore a safety shoe or else the broken glass pieces on the way to the room would have pricked my feet. Somehow I found the room in the darkness & sneaked in to get some rest after travelling for the whole night. But added to my woes there were intermittent power failures which disturbed my sleep. Overall a bad experience in the first instance with the hotel. The only positive thing is the room & food except cofee.

The room was good and the ambiance is also good but the service is very slow and terrible if you order something you have to wait for minimum half an hour and if you ask for something you have to ask three to four times to them and the landline also sucks
