No power, horrible experience
There is no power backup in the cottage and we tried to wait for power and the owner itself said that you can checkout. That to at the late night, it’s raining heavily, we have slept in our car only

The power outage on the night of July 5th was indeed an unfortunate situation caused by severe weather conditions, which was beyond our control. We understand that this created discomfort, and we made every effort to accommodate you, including offering a full refund for your stay, even though you had already spent one night with us. We want to assure all our guests that we take their comfort seriously. Even though we had a inverter power backup system the long power cut had created the issue ,stiill we always strive to provide the best possible service under the circumstances. The safety and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities. It is important to note that, based on the reviews from our previous guests, we have consistently received 5-star ratings without any similar complaints. We work hard to maintain high standards of hospitality, and we believe that this situation was an isolated incident due to the extreme weather conditions. We value all feedback, but we also believe in fairness. We did everything possible to address the situation, including refunding your payment, and we hope that this gesture demonstrated our commitment to guest satisfaction.

Excellent stay with family
Booked suite room for 3 nights stay. Room was spacious with sitout in both front & back side. Cottage is in amid-st of small estate. Breakfast was good. Nothing to complaint.

Average Stay
The place is no doubt a very beautiful and at peace, but the hygenic wise we were disaapointed as rooms has Webs, bathrooms were not clean. A kind of moist smell was in the rooms like they were closed for long. Food was Ok OK. So if you want peace and greenery best place to stay in.

Amazing stay at rai cottage and they serve breakfast and dinner both were amazing. We enjoyed the serenity of coffee plantations.

The rooms n service are highly appreciable. This place is only for relaxation. If you have high expectations like buffet breakfast, lunch n dinner this is not the place. Home made good food is available with prior notice.
