Review Of Radhe Shyam farm house

When I went to the property..the owner denied and said that there's no booking made through Make My Trip.I showed him the booking and still he was not giving me rooms.He said that the name of his hotel was not Radhe Shyam Farm House..but as per i saw the board outside his room proves that he is lying..He did scam with me and at the end he did not allow me to do check in..Hence without any option left , i had to search an another hotel to stay ..It was a terrible and most horrible experience regarding my room stay..I request Make My Trip to kindly refund my full amount as I hadn't stayed there..I am hoping that MMT will return my money as I am a loyal customer of it ..

Very poor hotel. Terrible experience. I have already complained , you can check. From check-in to the next morning, there was no water supply in bathrooms. At 4 am, I asked for water in reception as I needed to go for vrindavan visit early morning, but they were very rude and told me to wait until 7 am. I contacted customer care, then water started. But after 10 minutes, it again stopped. I have booked two rooms for five people. The hotel provided me with four pillows. I asked for another pillow, the receptionist rudely told me that it wouldn't be provided. I have booked the AC rooms. But in both rooms, the ACs were not working. The remotes were not given although asked. No air purifier in the room, although it is written in the description. No luggage storage, although it is written in the description. No electronic safe provided, although it is written in the description. Laundry service not provided, although it is written in the description. Dustbin and chair were provided after asking several times. No cleaning/housekeeping service during staying. Tv is not installed in the room, although it is written in the description. No wi-fi in the hotel, although it is written in the description. No iron/ironing board, work desk , although it is written in the description. The receptionist is a very rude person. Anything I talked about, he would become rude, I don't know why.

firstly the room which was shown in the picture was not provided and the room was being given in another location which is far from the original hotel , we managed with a regular room in the same hotel the experience was not good and staff behaviour was also not good

Economical as well as convenient, a supporting staff and accompanied with a lawn in the rear side. The hotel was a good experience

Environment was too good best, room service was good. If someone plan to visit Vrindavan stay this room.

I was given an accommodation other than the hotel which I booked, which was far away from the temples The owners where frequently not answering or not reachable I recommend never book a stay at this hotel No amenities no network no TV

Will not recommend anybody

Basic neads not available like hot water tv and towela

L must say everything was perfect even staff was very supportive, in short it was nice experience.

Cons: electric current had leaked into the water in geyser. It gave me electric shock. Even the taps(made of steel) were giving shocks. No mirror in room. No toiletries. Pros: they allowed early check-in and cordial staff guided our driver to the hotel.

We had ask for towels, handwash, hot water as they had not prepared the room.

It was a good hotel but some of the facilities were missing like geyser and there was a problem in door lock. Other thab this is was a good time room was neat and clean

The stay was not as expected, it was below average. Tv,Geysar was not working. We reached the stay and the rooms were not clean then we asked the manager to get the rooms cleaned at it took time. Bathrooms and rooms were not very clean Bedsheets were not clean, blankets were smelling.

Door lock is disturb toilet is very dirty in 3 days no drinking water they give me. Hotel staff are very bad behavior.

No house keeping, breakfast is poor, washroom facilities poor, we have requested before checking time but they ask to us extra money demand of 35% on our booking charge.

cooperative owner hai, and staffs bhi cooperative hai, hum apni family ke saath gaye the, location bhi thik hai, they should improve hygiene but overall good experience 😊
