Very bad services, very bad handling, need to just call every time for one thing, they don’t know how toh handle the customer, hide away studios should shut down as they can’t manage anything, not fulfilling customer needs.

Waste of money
Rooms were dirty. Service was very poor. This hotel is only for marriage and function.

Location, food, staff and amenities are good. But little disappointed with the cleanliness of property.

Poor Stay
Rooms were not cleaned. It was not up to the mark. There were lizards in room as well as spider on pillows. In case of extra bed folding one. Staff got the bed directly on floor. Washroom was not cleaned rooms were having typical smell.

Bathrooms were not clean and were of not good quality, rooms were smelly, packaged items were double the price of mrp

Good Stay
So, in the hideaways studios, vrindavan my experience was very good and i really like ambience there as well as food, staff except morning staff on reception they're like very rude everything was very tidy ya but little bit far away from main temples like bankey bihari ji, prem mandir or iskcon temple otherwise hideaways studios located in good location and one important thing is there no one knows hotel by their name they knows like society name like i have to tell rukhmani vihar with my hotel(hideaways studios) name.

Very well furnished rooms. Well maintained swimming pool and excellent restaurant with all cuisines. Very respectful staff and great gym to do workout.

Poor hygiene
Cleanliness was not there. Washroom sealing was broken. Ac remote was not working. So many insects were there in the room. Need to improve the services.

The reception staff is rigid and nonsense, worst experience, ac is not working in my room also they don't have common senses with traveller

Location of this property is very good but if this group does not maintain the property they will face many problems they need to go under maintenance such as pest control and painting the room etc

Terrible Stay
Terrible. Hotel was located in outer area and after 3 days my room was cleaned after so many complaints, and last day morning one hotel staff come to our room at 6 o clock for room service, and he is starting mishebaving us. Finally this is reduculus stay at all. Never recommended to any one. Thanks
