Location was good food quality was perfect specially the hospitality by ayan at breakfast time was amazing ambience was palace feel with proper ingredients of royalnees.

From nova 24 to 27th nova 2023 i booked 5 studio appartments, in sham sundar vrindavan. We had to pay d whole 36, 000 in advance, only on our arrival we saw d concerned persons who handed over d keys, then to reach them was difficult. Linens were not that clean, no kettle or microwave, but there was a mini fridge which is not of sony use fr senior citizens &fr kids. We suffered a 24 hours power cut in d room 121, to approach d authority was in vain, only through d make my trip authority we were able to resume d current. They don't even supply minimum 1 bottle of drinking water. Very reckless service. For them money only was important but not d comforts of d customers. We group of 10 persons were very disappointed with their service. Sorry to say this.

Entering my room was stepping into a cocoon of comfort. The wi-fi, a digital lifeline, proved to be both swift and reliable. The toilets, a sanctuary of hygiene, were a refreshing surprise, showcasing the hotel's dedication to a holistic guest experience stay hotel's commitment to providing stellar wi-fi and maintaining spotless toilets revealed a thoughtful approach to guest needs. These facilities, coupled with the serene surroundings, created an atmosphere that felt both modern and spiritually enriching. Entering my room felt like stepping into a modern-day oasis. The wi-fi, akin to a digital breeze, connected seamlessly, allowing me to stay both connected and unplugged as desired. The toilets, a testament to cleanliness and modern aesthetics, added a touch of luxury to the stay.

Terrible stay 1. Rude staff behaviour and totally unprofessional. 2.Staff not respond even after calling. 3. Tap and Basin is not working. 4. Electicity shut down during night time even after call they don't respond and resolve the issue. 5. No towel no bed sheet change no room cleaning service available. 6. Room condition and staff behaviour is so pathetic that if i am not paid the whole amount of hotel i would prefer to stay on railway station that's far better. 7. All the photos shown during room booking either by property or by guest, all photos are uploaded by property owners end. So please anyone don't even think to book room in sham sundar 😡😡

The room was bad, there was no dustbin even, no water bottles provided, no room service. The room was worst.

I like the rooms and services of hotels. Room was very neat and clean. It is near prem mandir. Everything was available near the hotel like bar, restaurant, cafe. This hotel is in society that's why free parking is also available.

Location of that place is very outstanding, every facilities are available in the hotel or near by hotel with medical, bar, restaurant, park, free parking. Everything is fine. Room was very modern with neat and clean capacity. Bathroom was also very clean amenities was awesome. Very careful and helpful workers was there, good swimming pool, full ac, kitchen, everything what you needed is awesome. Thank you for your service.

Facility is very good at that place every thing is available around 100 metre like medical, restaurant, cafe, park, free parking, good friendly environnent. The location of that hotel is very outstanding near by prem mandir. Every thing is systematic, every thing was clean in the room, room was very good, with a full wifi, with a electric kettle, with soap, shampoo, good bedsheet was available, clean pillow, hygienic stay, good drawyer, everyone was there to attend the customer, staff was very polite and good with a very good service.

Nothing systematic, no reception, no cleanliness, dirty rooms, no wifi, no electric kettle, no soup, no shampoo, dirty bedsheets, dirty pillow covers and dirty pillow, unhygienic stay. Broken drawyer, no one there to attend the customer.
