Very bad no tv no fridge it was very dirty stains dust everywhere shower was not working

Room Size is like washroom size Hygiene issue Wifi not available even Television is not also available in room. For future booking I must go with others like agoda all that.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at "radhe krishna luxury stay" hotel with my relatives, we were total 9 adults and 5 kids. It was an absolutely horrifying experience from start to finish. Here are the key points that made our stay unbearable: 1. Extremely dirty rooms: the rooms were incredibly dirty. Every surface seemed to have been neglected for months, if not years. 2. Safety hazards: there were live electrical wires exposed in the room, making it extremely risky, especially since we had small children with us. This is a serious safety concern that should not be overlooked. 3. Unfinished and filthy: both the rooms and corridors were unfinished and littered with garbage. It felt more like a construction site than a place of accommodation. 4. Disgusting conditions: the walls and virtually every corner were covered in gutka spit stains. This level of filth is completely unacceptable and nauseating. 5. Infestation issues: the room and washroom were infested with ants and mice. It was a constant battle to keep our belongings safe and hygienic. 6. Dirty bedding: the bedsheets and pillows were so dirty that it was impossible to sleep. We ended up laying our own clothes on top just to avoid direct contact. 7. Rude owner: when i complained about the state of the room, the owner was incredibly rude and even taunted me, saying, "rooms may be dirty, but your heart should be clean" this level of unprofessionalism is shocking. It felt like they were renting out an old, abandoned building with no regard for hospitality or basic cleanliness. In conclusion, if you value clean rooms and a pleasant stay, avoid this place at all costs. It was one of the worst experiences i've ever had, and i wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Very poor experience. Room wall was very dirty. Toilet was smelling. Shower was also very poor. Geyser not working. Overall very bad. Not recommend for family. Price was also very high. Very poor customer experience.

Room was excellent and clean. Surrounding is also very good. All shops are available there. It is in a secured campus so there is no issue of security. Overall a excellent stay.
