I stayed at your hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to multiple issues.
The biggest problem was with the electricity in my room. The lights kept going off repeatedly, and around 1 AM, the power completely went out. I called the reception immediately, but no one came for at least 15-20 minutes. Due to the delay, I had to shift to another room (we had booked two rooms), but there was no proper resolution or apology from the staff.
Additionally, the behavior of the hotel staff during this situation was quite unprofessional and unhelpful. On top of that, the next morning there was no water in the washroom. I was in the middle of using the toilet when the water stopped, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service, staff behavior, and basic facilities. Such experiences can ruin the comfort and trust a guest expects from a hotel.
