Regarding the umbrella policy, you are correct that our resort policy does not permit umbrellas to be taken outside the premises. This rule was implemented by our management team due to instances where umbrellas were taken off-site by guests and not returned. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, and we apologize for any misunderstanding. We are extremely sorry to hear about your experience with the food and the demeanor of our staff. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. We are, however, a bit surprised by ur comments regarding our property's ambiance.We pride ourselves on being an eco-friendly resort, with an abundance of coconut & nut trees throughout, offering ample open space rather than a congested feel.  We believe our natural setting is one of our unique strengths. Regarding  Wi-Fi, please understand that Havelock is a remote area,and netwrk  is highly dependent on weather . It's possible that  netwrk was poor during your stay. I am certainly concerned 2 hear abt ur experience with our staff. This is not the standard we aim for,& I assure u I will be thoroughly investigating this matter to understand what transpired & rectify any issues with staff behavior. Similarly, we c'not accept that our pool is dirty. We maintain strict cleanliness standards for our pool facilities.Nevertheless, I wl personally look into ur feedback regarding the pool, as well as the power cuts & water shortage issues, 2 ensure everything is in order. Finally our resort is particularly renowned and designed 2 cater specifically to families & couples, so ur observation in this regard is quite unexpected. We value ur input as it helps us 2 continually improve our service

However, we are surprised by your comments regarding the average quality of the property and the lack of hot water, as this is not consistent with our standards. We have 37 rooms, all of which are equipped with hot water facilities. It's possible there might have been a misunderstanding in operating the hot water system, which is why we ensure our housekeeping contact number is prominently displayed in every room for assistance. Regarding the tap issue you mentioned, we encourage all our guests to report any maintenance concerns directly to our housekeeping team or the front desk. We checked our records for your stay period and found no complaints logged from your room regarding any tap problems or service issues. We would have been more than happy to address these immediately had we been informed. We value all feedback as it helps us improve our services, and we are keen to understand your experience further to address any potential gaps.

For drinking, a kettle is provided, and for bathing, a geyser is available. If you encounter any difficulty operating either the geyser or the kettle, we encourage guests to immediately report this to our housekeeping or front desk team. We ensure that all relevant dialing numbers for these services are provided in every room via the intercom system. Similarly, regarding the tap issue, we would have been happy to address it promptly had it been reported to our staff. We are truly sorry that we were not given the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay.
