Location wise property is very convenient It convenient It a brand new property so rooms are nice and clean.However,the mgmt needs to learn some basic things. 1. I requested for an early check since my train reach around 7 in the morning.Upon reaching, I was Informed that they will provide checkin only if I pay extra INR 500.I did....but this is very unprofessional.Early checkin is based on availability. 2. They do not have card payment option which was a surprise. 3. House keeping staaf needs training......all of them were moving in sleepers with paan gutta in their mouth. 4. Food wise options are decent......taste and quality is fair.
