Front desk was non responsive flush was not working had to leave without breakfast as service was non responsive

1. Buffet is not there 2. Room size is very small as the price is on the higher side 3. No guests are allowed in the room, even for an hour 4. Service is not good

Liked the ambience and facilities of the hotel. Everything was clean. However, service is below average. The receptionist at night had a weirdly rude demeanour. The food was good. But again, the staff is lazy and transfers all the work to the junior staff who are basically amateurs. Wi fi doesn’t work!

Well maintained property, accessible on the main road and courteous staff. Expensive food by local standards

This was my 2nd stay in yashmay resort but this one was terrible! terrible! 1) charging more that for a luxury room, resort has provided dirty used napkins. 2) shampoo and body gel bottles were empty. 3) moisturizer was not provided even on demand. 4) forget about tooth kit, comb like basic amenities! 5) had trouble with wifi connection as well. 6) tv was in wrapped condition and was not telecasting single channel. Also they do not have switch for tea maker in the room!

Yashmay resort is situated on outskirts of gonda, only the location is not favorable for the resort as it is very far from the town and any family or business agenda turns out to be a big delay

Soothing and peaceful villa located in green belt. The eye catching part is pool vibes, interiors and beautiful structure. This villa is gem for those who wants to org-anise any functions or do a weekend chill

Hotel is good but service is not good at all rooms are good, very good property except service and food everything is good

There was no proper road to reach the hotel. We tried multiple times but were not able to reach there. Ultimately our booking went vain our money got wasted and we had to book another hotel

This is a beautiful resort in middle of north indian village, nice ambiance and staff is also polite and decent, yes it is slightly away from the main city, but that is not a problem rather the cleanliness is a welcome change from the rest of the town

Reaching there wasn't easy. Rooms were quite small. Not much variety on offer in food. Service wasn't great either. Overall, an average stay.

Wasn’t expecting such a classy property in mid of a small village. It’s a beautiful resort. Rooms are equipped with high end sanitary, lighting systems and decorative materials. Room size is small but hygienic and matches the standards of 4 star hotels. Staff is very courteous. Service is quick.

Nice remote location resort. Staff were extra friendly and supportive. Price is a bit on higher side on comparison. Still good choice
