1.The room is filled with more than 500 cockroaches 2.No toiletries are provided 3 No extra bed provided 4.Dirty bedsheets and pillow 5.No hot water in the bathroom. 6.manager is not behaving properly. 7.breakfast is unhygienic and filled with hairs and stones. Please remove this hotel from make my trip.

The services provided were extremely poor. The room (No. 105) was not clean or well-maintained as shown in the app while booking. Despite paying in advance for breakfast and lunch/dinner, no meals were provided. The amenities mentioned at the time of booking were missing, and housekeeping services were also not provided. Moreover, the food that was served, despite being paid for, was of very poor quality. Overall, the stay experience was highly disappointing.

•Staffs are unprofessional •doesn't seems to cost effective •Wash rooms is okay not that great clean •Horrible kitchen services, please don't book complimentary breakfast it's scary time consuming •if you are not getting any other option then keep this last option

room was quite good but there is no TV in the room also they didn't provide us room in there hotel they transfer us in another hotel which was not so good also they didn't provide us breakfast which I have paid for. I will not suggest this hotel if you go to ayudha.

Actually mood spoiler!! not only is the locality was bad but the basic amenities are not in the hotel. No Intercom, No lift, No authorised Parking space. The room service guy was the only good man in the hotel staff. as we requested to change the room which had leaking Floor. we had to shift to the 3rd floor with aged parents since no choice was given. Don't get attracted with pictures they post. their canteen closes early and you have to be dependent on the staff mobile phone for basic needs." since they are in collaboration

We travelled with our parents and kids (4 adult and 2 kids). The experience was terrible and we were trapped in false advertisement on MakeMyTrip website which could be a collusion of hotel management and MakeMyTrip team. MakeMyTrip trip offered us combo package which included a large room with 2 queen beds and 2nd standard room with 1 queen bed. Checking the pics it looked complete as our children’s are teens. When we reached hotel we were given two standard room with 1 queen bed and. We were told we would provide an additional mattress for each room. Checking the room it was 11.15sqmt room, no place to add extra bed and there was cramped space to put a mattress. I was stunned, when I showed the pics of large room I was told, this is a premium room. To save the night I negotiated and paid extra 1000 to change one of the room and save the night. Now the hotel....,, the hotel is located in mid of a old residential area with a very narrow street going to hotel, always keep gos on to reach. It is filthy hotel with incompetent staff. The bathroom doors are flimsy thin. The toiletries were broken. Used the shower and knob came in our hands. Room has no drawer, no dressing no cupboard. Dharmsala. What was good is the air conditioning was working well and their kitchen had good cook so we eat tasty food. It was pricy but I won’t complain. I am pleased on my complaint MakeMyTrip issued me voucher for 1000 which I paid additional to the hotel. So finally my agony on MakeMyTrip is what was the due diligence done before advertising such a substandard hotel on its website? I can expect hotel to cheat us but booking through reputed company like MakeMyTrip should safeguard us. Hope I am able to save other family ftom such disasters.
