businessThis was my 2nd visit. Externally hotel looks good but seems like superficial only. Electricity backup is very poor as lift was shut down. Hotel manager did not troubled to start the lift and left only choice to use stairs to 2nd floor all the way. Room has no socket which works while back up. Hot water did not survived to february cold till afternoon? another strange scene. You may find so many hotel staffs wondering idle everywhere but no one care to attend you or escort your luggage. Seems like tulip inn believes in 'self service' or was i expecting more!
