I got confirmation from you but when i reached hotel he would not give me room unless i paid him 1500 rupee cash. Which i did at 5pm. I have proof as i took phot of the resister.

Lack of basic facilities

We booked 4 ac rooms for 10 people. The rooms are located inside an apartment complex in a good locality. However the rooms were very small, and no basic facilities provided. There were no towels, they only provided only one blanket per room, not even two pillows in all rooms. The bathrooms were very small. One of the bathrooms was designed poorly so the water is flowing back in the room. Ok one of the bedroom the bash basin was leaking and flooding the entire room. So we have to use other room bathroom. There is no proper parking available nearby also access to the hotel is very narrow, difficult to take big size vehicles there. No attendant on site, need to call the owner on arrival.
