Lot of eminities have to be included. 1. Electric kettle in each room 2. Coffee/ tea, sugar, dairy whitener in every room. 3. Water bottles should not be charged. At-least one litre per day. 4. We have been charged for coffee, milk and water with a bill of rs. 440_ this is absolutely unfair, after having paid a pretty good amount for the room rent. In addition to this they even didn't provide the toiletries.

Thankyou for giving us the opportunity to host you Firstly i want to tell that its a homestay not a 5 star hotel and you were charged according to that only We have all the basic amenties available like big rooms, king size bed with very decent matteress,tv,ac,wardrobes,kettle, in toiletries there is handwash and bodysoap too Water is totally free of cost if you take Ro water Water bottles are chargeable And for the amount which you are saying that you have been charged its been odered by you only We tried our best to host you but we were really sorry if you faced any problem at our property. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Bathroom is nice. No in-hotel food service at the moment. But water/tea/coffee is readily available. Special mention to shiv sagar mishra, the hotel supervisor. He is a thorough gentleman and always ready for assistance. Also yogendra, who was very hospitable and professional. Kudos to both! the location is okay, rather the road leading to the hotel is not good. Not the hotel's fault. Overall a good experience!
