staff are friendly and very patient to resolve issue hotel ambience maintainence is good only thing minus is complimentary breakfast is not good need improvement in restaurant section except that this hotel is good choice

The property is good and well maintained. Location wise, it's near the main ancient temples. But it is in a narrow lane without proper parking. The staff are cooperative but regular service and upkeep of rooms need to be improved. The property doesn't have an in-house restaurant.

Rooms are good but support system need more attention along with scope to improve restaurant.

Wonderful stay at Tulsi Bhawan. Rooms were clean, food was super delicious & the best part is location. Easy accessible by cabs, auto & e-rickshaw. Saryu ghat every site from the hotel is under2.5km.

Property is good but it is still in building phase, management needs to focus on the customer service. No toiletries were provided by default, we have to ask for it. When it rains hotel doesn’t have a single umbrella to offer for customer. They do offer a small restaurant but with limited staff and limited menu with unprofessional chefs and they don’t have room service for restaurant. Overall if you are looking for just room pls go ahead. Although with the price they charge mattress is not comfortable.

The property is new and good. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. There is sufficient furniture for placing your luggage and clothes. It is conveniently located and both Hanumangarhi and Ram Temple are in close vicinity. However, they can do better by maintaining the intercom facility in working condition. The staff is courteous and well behaved. Though the breakfast options were limited but the food was good.

The stay was pleasant. Om Pathak was extremely helpful in the check in process. The roads are still under construction so getting here was slightly difficult. But rest the room was clean and food was good as well.

location was good and approachable. All tourist places are nearby. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. However resturant option is limited with limited variety of food.No wifi availability and TV are with only free channels

New constructed property. Rooms are good size and maintained. The location is decent. Food is outsourced and found ok. Front staff was helpful in arranging transportation to and fro the temple. Overall it is recommended.
