The rooms were basic and ko cable TV , adjacent toilet exhaust passes through other room which is not good. Food is average.customisation was possible. Staff is cooperative

It was a pleasant stay at Vasu palace.. staff is very supportive & their hospitality is awesome.. They didn’t even Charged for late check out as we had train late in the evening.. They served a very good buffet options.. staff is very polite.. overall the stay was Excellent..

I stayed at Ayodhya Palace with my parents and family during our trip to Ram Mandir. The hotel staff were very humble, polite, and helpful. However, I noticed that for basic amenities like dental kits and bath towels, I had to request them separately instead of finding them readily available in the room. The staff did apologise for the delay in service, mentioning that some team members were on leave, which was understandable. The location is slightly away from the main attractions, but manageable. The food quality was good and tasty, and the rooms were well-maintained and clean. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in service readiness. 5

The food and hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was polite, courteous, and very attentive to our needs. The pure vegetarian delicacies served at the hotel were simply delicious, a true highlight of our trip. It was also our daughter's birthday, and the team went out of their way to create a festive vibe without disturbing the other guests, which was indeed a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. Our room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with fresh interiors that gave the property a modern and welcoming feel.
