Location is good and near by all the destinations. Best thing is that it’s in a chowk which is a good land mark for any one with or without gps . Room is good to stay at near to temple. Ayodhya is in developing stage so we should not expect more like other tourist place Jai Shree ram

It was worst hotel I have ever been. Cobwebs everywhere in the room, hairs on bedsheet when we checked in. Shady place. Pathetic staff. It looked like a cheap hotel. Its better one stay in dharamshala than staying here.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel Shri Ram Bhawan.. Location was fantastic, inspite of traffic regulations, your four wheeler will reach upto the gate of the hotel..they also have their own parking space..Rooms were also good, sufficiently spacious with all basic amenities. Service of the staffs were also excellent..My father who is a senior citizen had fallen ill during my stay amd we requested them to regulate the food accordingly..they perfectly managed that with a big smile on their face.. finally the thing which touched me was we haven't even touched our luggage both during check in and check out..all were managed by the hotel staffs with a big smile and even they refused to accept any tips which showed a great professionalism..

Good, reliable, no-frills budget hotel close to Ayodhya tourist hotspots

It's a genuine and reliable budget hotel near "Asharfi Bhawan" chowk in Ayodhya. The staff are sincere, helpful, well-meaning, but can be clumsy sometimes (small-town guys new to hospitality industry). Below are the pros and cons: PROs: Sincere and helpful staff: They helped us arrange an autorickshaw at 3 AM at night as we had to catch our return train; none expected or sought any tip, though we tipped the guy who opened the gate for us at 3 AM. The counter guy Mr. Avnish Pandey and Tiwari Ji were both helpful and polite. Good location: The Ayodhya Dham railway station is hardly 2.5 km from here. Physically fit people can easily walk to places like Ram temple, Hanumar Garhi, Dasrath Mahal, Kanak Bhawan, and Saryu Ghat. Autos are easily available here. Food: Restaurant is not there in this hotel, but they provide you food if you inform them beforehand. The price is reasonable and food is good (Rs. 150 for North Indian thali). There is a pure-veg ashram hotel nearby, along with tea-shops, grocery shops etc. CONs: Clumsiness: If you are from big city, you may find the staff and service little clumsy sometimes. I asked if we would get towels, the attendant told yes but didn't provide, no water bottles provided in rooms on arrival, slippers mentioned in booking site but not available, there was a geyser stored in my room cupboard and the attendant knocked at 9:30 PM to take it away and again at 10 PM with two electricians to fix it in the bathroom. They have little difficulty communicating in English. Due to their good behavior, good location and pleasant stay, I didn't mind few other shortcomings too -- AC vents were newly and crudely drilled up, exhaust fan of bathroom was crudely fixed, ceiling fan rod was slightly hitting the false ceiling and making a continuous sound, I didn't mind all these few minor things.

श्रीमान जी जिस क्लास का रूम अपने बुक किया है आपको सुविधा भी उसी क्लास की मिलेगी, आपने AC डीलक्स रूम बुक किया था, होटल की तरफ से आधा लीटर की दो बोतल बंद पानी आपको फ्री में उपलब्ध कराई गई. उसके ऊपर आप चाय, कॉफी, फ्री ब्रेकफास्ट मॉइश्चराइजर बॉडी वॉश मांग रहे थे, इतनी हाई-फाई सेवा आपको कम से कम ₹3000 के रूम में मिलेगी. आप सस्ता होटल भी सर्च करेंगे और उसके बाद 3 स्टार होटल की सेवा भी लेंगे ऐसा संभव कहां है, आप गूगल को भी दोष दे रहे हैं लोकेशन को लेकर जबकि गूगल टीम के द्वारा वीडियो वेरिफिकेशन के बाद ही गूगल अपनी लोकेशन सेट करता है. आपकी मुख्य समस्या यही है कि आप 5 स्टार होटल की सुविधा चाहते हैं आपको यही लिखना चाहिए,बेवजह झूठी शिकायत लिखने से अच्छा होता. हमारे होटल में प्रीमियम क्लास के भी कमरे हैं आप अपना बजट बढ़ाकर और बेहतर सेवा ले सकते थे सुविधा सभी उपलब्ध हैं.लेकिन उसके लिए भुगतान करना पड़ता है जो आप करना नहीं चाहते थे आपके मुताबिक होटल में आने के बाद सब कुछ फ्री होना चाहिए ऐसा संभव नहीं है.

हम आपसे ऐसे रिव्यू की ही उम्मीद कर रहे थे क्योंकि हमें पता था कि दोपहर 12:00 बजे आपका चेक इन टाइम है और सुबह 5:00 बजे आप कमरा मांग रहे हैं, चेक इन टाइम से 7 घंटे पहले आप फ्री में कमरा मांग रहे थे फ्री में नहीं मिला तो आप यही लिखेंगे, चार कमरों का आधा पैसा देकर आप 16 लोग 7 घंटे पहले रूम में घुस गए, दो गेस्ट के ब्रेकफास्ट का पैसा आपने रिक्वेस्ट कर के फ्री करा लिया, इसके बाद भी आपको फैसिलिटी आर वेरी पुअर दिखाई दे रही है क्योंकि हमने आपको फ्री में 7 घंटे पहले कमरा नहीं दिया, आप जैसे अतिथि के इस व्यवहार के कारण ही होटल प्रबंधन अपनी तरफ से कोई अतिरिक्त सेवा देने से पहले 100 बार सोचता है... बाकी प्रभु राम आपका भी भला करें.

The hotel was dirty, there were flies everywhere. They had no kitchen service, not even a refrigerator where I could store my mother inlaws insulin injection. Needless to say there was no breakfast that we prepaid for when booking the hotel.

सर, आप 17 फरवरी को सुबह 7:00 बजे आए, अपना सामान होटल में रखा और राम मंदिर के दर्शन करने चले गए। दर्शन कर रात्रि 12:00 बजे वापस आये। अयोध्या में भारी भीड़ और रास्ते बंद होने के कारण आपने सोचा कि होटल में रहने का कोई फायदा नहीं है और आपको वापस लौट जाना चाहिए, लेकिन आपने 2 दिनों के लिए एक कमरा बुक कर लिया था। ऐसे में आप भी अपने पैसे का रिफंड चाहते थे. इसके बाद दोपहर 12 बजे चेक इन करने के कुछ मिनट बाद आपने मेकमाईट्रिप के कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया और झूठी शिकायत की कि आपका कमरा बहुत गंदा है, कमरे का एसी काम नहीं कर रहा है, रूम सर्विस बहुत खराब है, जबकि आप 1 घंटे भी होटल के कमरे में नहीं रुके। जैसे ही हमें MakeMyTrip से मेल के माध्यम से आपकी शिकायत मिली, हमारे स्टाफ ने तुरंत आपका कमरा बदल दिया। कमरे में कहीं भी गंदगी नहीं मिली। फिर भी आपकी शिकायत को ध्यान में रखते हुए आपका कमरा बदल दिया गया. फरवरी के मौसम में जब लोग होटल के कमरे में कंबल की मांग कर रहे होते हैं तो आपको एसी चालू करके दे दिया जाता है. सर, आपकी शिकायत होटल या हमारी सेवा के बारे में नहीं थी, बल्कि अयोध्या में भीड़ के बारे में थी और आपने सुबह ही दर्शन किए थे, इसलिए आप अपना पूरा पैसा वापस पाकर जाना चाहते थे, जो कि फ्री रिफंड पॉलिसी में शामिल नहीं था।

The behaviour and cooperation of the staff was satisfactory. Everything was fine but on the day of check out at about 4 o'clock in the morning, while your attendant who was resting at reception, the geyser of my room was not functioning therefore i requested him to resolve the geyser problem. Your cooperation on the subject matter is appreciable. A lot of thanks.
