We didn't have a great experience at rr residence. Room wasn't tidy and we were given a used blanket which was already dirty. Additionally there was no hot water however this was mentioned as one of the amenities while booking. When we reached out for some assistance from the room cleaning lady she was very arrogant and didn't want to provide the support. The bathroom was very untidy and it wasn’t cleaned properly. It was certainly a bad choice and we will not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel ambience and service was good the morning breakfast was also excellent. When i tried for one more extension of my stay was denied prefernce could have shown to the customer who was staying already. That was the only issue otherwise everything thing is fine. I will recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives.

During our tour in coorg, we first stayed in madikeri. On third day we checked in rr residency. The room was very neat and clean, gave a luxury feeling. The hotel was much better than which was in madikeri. The staff was very polite. They do not provide room service. However, there is a small kitchen outside room. Sufficient number of thermos flask and cups are kept there. Also an induction heater with utensils are given. We can utilise it. The room was small but very neat and clean. They gave a king size bed. Toilet was also very clean. I must give a five star rating.
