Property location Excellent! Amenities good. Food simple homely. Services good. The only draw back is the check out time which is 10 am and too early. The average check-out time should be 12 noon. Or some provision to be made for chargeable overstay time.

Well maintained, homely rooms in a beautiful home filled with character, supported with courteous, warm staff in CP - was a pleasure to stay.

The stay here was the best for my family as we were visiting delhi for site seeing. Centrally located with good homely food by lalla ji.

Location is an absolute 5. Rooms are big. We stayed in winters and they have oil hearts which made our lives so easy in this cold. It was clean and all required amenities are available. The food is chargeable but honestly it's quite reasonable. The care taker is nice. Also, the history of the house is amazing just staying in cp in such a rich house is an experience. Highly recommended. Check out time should be 12

For a family upto 4, one of the best place to stay at delhi for visitors. Restaurants, shops, public transport all within very walkable distance. Very spacious and well maintained room and common place. At our stay time, cook was on leave, so nothing to eat. Improvement 1-thick sod t foot rug between rooms, as floor levels are different and we may hit our toes 2-an info to customers to find the entrance (may be a small video ) as the entrance is in a small gully, not visible to main road 3-simple coffee / tea maker kettle and ingredients sachets

Stay-in in priti niwas was like stayin in temple. It's a very positive atmosphere. Caretaker mr lalla is an amazing host.

This is a beautiful property right in the middle of city with metro station located at walking distance. The property is very well managed and clean. The caretaker is a good person and cooks tasty food. The only drawback of this property is the lack of dedicated parking area. You will have to park the car in the paid parking which is costly and difficult to get.

hotel is at a good location, but difficult to find but that fine. rooms and stay are wonderful. food prepared by the care taker is amazing home cooked food. just they don’t allow garlic onion and we love eating onion and garlic in food. the checkout time is too early. i think this is what they need to look into it. normal checkouts are at 12 but they checkout at 10.

Terrible experience by the host. We had booked 2 rooms for 6 adults, but somehow the host didn’t allow us to check in initially and made us wait about 1 hour. Later after speaking to mmt customer care they allowed us to check in. They did not provide us the blankets. And only one washroom was given for two bedroom. Though the location and the ambience of the home stay was good the experience with the host was horrible. Rude behaviour. Didn’t expect this. Overall disappointed
