Nice and quiet place to stay with family or friends. Very near to the beach. The host, Anthony, is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities. Recommended!

Great host, amenities around, conveninent and quiet location. You will find a lot of restaurants around and walkable distance to the beach.

Great homely stay and a warm treatment provided by mr. Anthony. We also got our 2-wheelers arranged through him.

My experience with make my trip was outstanding just as it has been with my previous trips.

This was a very pleasant stay for us and I will explain the reasons why: 1. The location: It's very close to candolim beach. it's at a walkable distance from the beach. There are so many options of restaurants where you can indulge yourself. The prawn biriyani in the nearby The mango groves was to die for. 2. The rooms: The rooms we booked (203 and 101) were quite large. It has ample space for the kids to play. If you are working from home, they have a table chair which is good for wfh. 3. The host was polite and answered every query. He also gave an early check in which was quite nice. 4. The pets: The cats and the dog was such a wonderful addition to the homestay. The cat (the fluffy black one) welcomed us on our arrival and for that only, the property should get a five star rating.

Spacious and pleasant ambience

The location is very close to the beach(5 mins walk) and at the same time 5 mins walk from the main market road. A lot of good eatries and shacks nearby as well. Rooms were spacious and clean. Washrooms were hygienic as well. We had basic kitchenette, fridge and cutlary in our rooms as well. Anthony was a very gracious host. Note: the house is at a dead end of a small(but paved) road. Be assure, accessibility is not an issue. Just don't think that the balconies would have some scenic view. However they would have comfy chairs to relax in case you decided to spend a day indoors.

This was our 2nd stay at primavera holiday homes and it was amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is perfect right in the heart of candolim. The best part about the stay was the host anthony. He is so helpful and caring. Took care of all our requests and was always available on call whenever we needed him. This place makes you feel at home.

It was a great time and great stay at Primavera Holiday Homes... We enjoyed our stay a lot. Special Thanks to You Anthony Sir for making it our dream vacation, specially it was the first trip of our child and she did not felt other than home.. she enjoyed her first trip only because of your hospitality. Rooms are very clean, spacious and hygienic. Kitchen have everything available whichever you need. All the appliances (Tv, Fridge,Iron,Oven, Induction) working very fine. We have asked for Induction for our babies food and Anthony Sir has provided instantly. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

It was a really very comfortable stay. The owner is friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The surrounding view is also beautiful. Would love to visit again.

Location is slightly away frok the main road. Beach is at a walkable distance from homestay. Its a beautiful place at an affordable price. Caretaker is good and helpful.

If you are planning for a trip to Goa then need not to search about any other property if you get primavera property available we booked our visit after reading the reviews about the property and the owner Mr Anthony and found exactly same and even much more what we have expected …. Neat and clean spacious room, good maintained home garden, you can ask for any addition to changes according to your requirement he done it in no time, very helpful and courteous owner and the main thing is just 5 mins walkable distance from the Candolim beach and easy access to all the nearby beaches like calangutte, Baga, Anjuna 10-15 mins distance via bike or car you can book it on your own or request the owner to get it on the property. Must book and experience on your own thank you primavera and mr Anthony for being the best part of my Goa trip I hope to visit you again in near future. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12.00 pm. We got to the place super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

The property is located close to candolim beach, 5min walk to the beach, rooms were very clean including the bathroom. Our host anthony was the best, provided everything we asked for, we arrived at 1am in the night and asked him for rental vehicle, which he provided even before we woke up next morning! anthony made our stay over there very pleasant. In short, would definitely recommend this place to others!
