Staff is friendly, tries to manage all your requests efficiently. Well managed premises, rooms need to have some touchups other wise all good. Memorable experience!!!

The property was located away from busy roads. We booked this hotel specially we wanted to utilise the pool and wanted to enjoy a dip in the pool, we even enquired about whether the pool is operational and clean or not and was told it's in good condition and clean however we were disappointed once we reached the hotel The pool water was green and I couldn't see the bottom of the pool. There are frequent power cuts although they have a backup which turns on right away. The manager is helpful and the food is also nice. Few points which they should work upon. 1. The property is not well maintained there are cracks in the building even in the rooms. 2. The pool is operational but not clean. The stay was ok but we were so disheartened to see the condition of the pool because the only reason we booked this property was the pool.

The hotel is located at very prime location very close to the metro station and Delhi haat. The rooms are very clean with all modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good time at Hotel Shandon.

Pool was not clean and there is no transportation facility available

The property is very beautiful, neat and clean, the service was very good, they give complimentary food for my baby at off-time; overall experience was very nice

Though people are kind. The resort is far away from the city. The resort doesn't have a heater facility. Access to the other 2 temples visited places are quite far. Taxi fares are expensive rs. 2400 for 3hrs a visit to 2 temples. Resort food was good. Rooms are ok

Nice peaceful place to stay with family or friends and staff is so much co operative.

The property is small but well maintained. It was very neat and clean. Location was not scenic but surroundings were peaceful. At the time of our visit, there was paddy season and the surroundings were filled with green paddy fields. We had chosen our stay with all meals hence our stay was a bit relaxed. If someone goes for a'la'carte food items, I found their menu card on pretty expensive side. We enjoyed inside the pool. Breakfast was good, lunch was awesome and dinner was a bit spicy and oily. Overall we enjoyed there and recommend this place to the fellow travellers.

If i talked about property location was out by traffic zone and we were reached easily at property. Food was delicious and well presented, feels like home. Amenities & services were awesome too, staff are cooperative with you and reached out at your request. Must visit resort with couple and families.

The property was well maintained. Special shout-out to the staff. Their service was outstanding and each person ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. All the meals were great in taste and served hot. If they maintain these standards then they will go a long way.

Stay was really gud except the swimming pool. Swimming pool was not clean and this property is in village far from the centre. There were many powercuts too

It's a great property, definitely value for money. Food was good, we went as a couple but it's good if you go in a group or family.

The stay was a terrible one… all the staff were rude and unaware about the plans the guest had… while ordering at the room when asked to the steward at what time does the dinner start… his reply was so rude… that obviously it is from 8-10… when we reached for the dinner which was included in the plan we paid for… after taking the food the steward comes and says that we don’t have dinner include… we had to go to the reception to show him the bill voucher that it was included…shame on the staff for being in a service industry and being so mean and senseless… should the guy at the reception not be knowing about every single guests meal plan… most important thing the resort was a pet friendly one where in we took our beagle, which is a very friendly breed… he kept on asking again and again if the dogs details were put in.. this was the most pathetic stay… never ever going back… and neither can suggest anyone to go there… the staff is just there to make faces and make the stay more miserable….

If you need a good experience for your family, this is the place to stay at. Fantastic stay. Good staff, spacious rooms and good views.

My stay at the property was very relaxing and full of beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. The service is extremely good and the in-house restaurant has a very home-like taste. We got the european styled bedroom and enjoyed the dip in the pool. Highly recommended for the hospitality, views.
