TV was not working properly and ac remote was also not there in the room the smell in the room as well as the bed was very bad and poor

Not that bad.. Good for one day stay. Locstion to near by college , food stall, service person was good

Saty was good,staff was also excellent..and cleanliness was properly maintained in the hotel..it's a new one but is good to to stay

- Location is very good, in the heart of KIIT Rd, every amenity is just walking distance away - Staff was very cooperative and helpful - Rooms were dirty with paints coming off - Could hear rats squeaking & running in the false ceiling

Very nice budget friendly stay with good staff. Highly recommended for people looking to stay in patia/kiit.
