Stay is good.. but they need to fix fews things shower was broken in bathroom ..no bucket in the bathroom

Room had no balcony, shower was not working. I was expecting kitchen as it was shown in deluxe room and was also mentioned in the description.

it was a pleasant stay, as the name so the hotel is cozy, it's located in a very peaceful area, ample space for parking, neat and clean rooms, food taste is great, overall it's a best hotel in this budget.I recommend.

Very poor service and rude behaviour at the reception. No wifi on the 4th floor room. Room got changed after 2 days. No resolution despite multiple reminders. Different charges were asked for early checkin by two different people. Misconduct by the receptionist who is present during the day time. Free early checkin was mentioned upto 3 hours, we checked in 4 hours early. Extra charge was understood but they charged rs. 500 (earlier quoted as 700/800 by receptionist and his manager - different prices negotiated to rs. 500) for 1 hour extra early checkin. If you have to be so by the rule book then why wasn't proper wifi (hardly suitable for casual browsing, emails and online meetings) there was a smart tv but was hardly of any use as netflix prime hardly opened. The staff said - even i use my cellular network, 4th floor wifi signal is weak. No resolution despite multiple reminders. Room changed after 2 days for a 3 day stay. Room with mirror was preferable but got the same after multiple follow ups despite the hotel staff committed to transfer us on the same day.

The service and staff both are amazing. Staff is really helpful and always ready to listen. Highly recommended

Rooms are clean well managed, room service is average as they don't have intercom so need to contact reception for everything.

Staff was rude. Service was slow. Dental kit was not provided. The staff was telling it's finished they have ordered what kind of the service is this. And besides all that there was a window in the main room but it was not covered everything was visible out.

Great stay, very friendly staff! Very close to golf course road and very conveniently located. Parking available!

Good and excellent stay

Plum tree is a vfm hotel option in gurugram located slightly inside from the main road. The standard rooms are decent and the premium rooms are good. Staff is courteous and warm. I stayed only for a night but can recommend it people who are looking for a vfm stay in gurugram.

Location is good although bit inside. but surroundings are good Food is satisfactory. Person at Reception Ashutosh is very professional

I left the hotel same night as there were big mosquitoes and big lizard - as they didn’t do pest control at all. Please refund my money back and don’t suggest these kind of terrible hotels at all

They never came to clean the room after repeated calls and the washroom was chocked, they never bothered to fix it even requesting it multiple times

Very comfortable stay and staff are too good
