Location was good , staff was courteous. However the food lacked taste and wasn’t the worth money we paid. Room had regular filter water and not bottled water. Package is not cheap one to not include bottle water. AC remote wasn’t working we figured out middle of night. Had sleep in somehow. Had faced power cuts twice.

Location was ok. Food was good. Amenities were ok. Nothing much that the resort offered on the services. Because of the forest setup, the room stinks when you enter. The foul smell goes only once AC is turned on for 30 min. The room, even the deluxe room was quite average. Terrible looking balcony although they charge a premium for balcony rooms.

Good part- pleasant environment, trees, water sport, swimming pool. good food, clean rooms. Things to improve- Bedroll may b more cleaned, indoor games facility poor, poor maintenance of amenities, No TV inside room, reception area dirty, water kettle of room dirty, No alcoholic drinks facility makes it boring in evening, Not muh to explore, no selfie points....

Stay Food amenities was good,, Rooms without TV was the best part , Three different types of pool for all generation

The property location is good however need to maintain it properly. Food quality is average but it is too costly. We have not got WiFi throughout our stay of 2N3D.We could use amenities in a better way. Please take something in games additionally to keep your kids engaged.

My stay at Pinewood Resort in Karjat was nothing short of exceptional! The resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery with trees like mango, cashew, jackfruit, pine, and more, creating a serene and refreshing ambiance.The rooms were spotless and spacious, equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, an additional small bed, a cloth cupboard, and a luggage stand. Thoughtful amenities like water bottles, a hot water kettle, and tea/coffee pouches added to the convenience. The toilets were impeccably clean, reflecting the resort’s high standards of hygiene.The water park and swimming pool were highlights of our stay—we had an absolute blast! The kids’ play area was expansive, and other entertainment options like the commando net, rope bridge, and archery were engaging and well-maintained. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.The food quality was impressive, with both buffet and à la carte options available. Every dish we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The staff deserves special praise for their warmth and professionalism. Everyone was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. A big shoutout to Mr. Sopan, who was available round-the-clock to ensure our comfort—thank you!What made our stay truly unforgettable was the fact that we booked a cottage on a weekday and were the only family in the entire resort. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond, running the full water park activities just for the three of us and serving excellent food without a single hiccup. This level of dedication and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated.Pinewood Resort made our day truly memorable, and we left with hearts full of gratitude. Overall, it’s a good place to stay and enjoy with kids. However, the food is not worth the money. I’d recommend skipping the meal plan and ordering à la carte instead.

activities where great, food was excellent. Need to work on cleanliness as because of forest area there were insects and baby lizards in the room. But overall stay was good

This is a very good Resort in Karjat at very reasonable pricing. Highlight of this Resort is their Swimming Pool. Rides in this pool are just amazing. One who want to enjoy water slides on small scale must go here and enjoy. There are bigger slides also available. Food is not good at Buffet but if you order separately in your room then it's delicious. All other Indoor and Outdoor games are in good condition including Badminton rackets and TT bats. Location is very peaceful. Staff is also very supportive, polite and helping.

The property was good, food was served clean and with maintained hygiene. It would be better if the room would have been properly cleaned. There were spiders in room walls and even by the bed also. That was the only point of concern for me.
