Hi We were there for one night only, so we didn't have food..But the staff was too good. Due to traffic we reached by 1.30 am....but they supported us without any grudges

I got the room for 1900 & the facilities I got were more than expected. The staff also helped us keep our baggage and belongings securely after checkput till evening. Very friendly folks . I will recommend staying there. Location is also great , you will get an auto or cab right from the hotel exit, closr to the market , many food options

The deluxe room was spacious enough but poorly maintained, paint was falling fall from walls, bathroom window net was torn from where mosquitos were entering the room. Being winter season hotel provided very basic blanket which was suitable for winters at all

Lot of mosquitoes and insects in the room. Property is good but not well maintained. No breakfast, lunch or dinner available. Swimming pool was dirty. No play area for kids. Would not recommend it.

The stay does not provides hot water 24*7 they have specific times in the morning 2, 3hrs rest of the time it's cold water, which made uncomfortable, room lights were either too dark or not at all if one needs night lights u don't have those options, tv doesn't have wifi connected, view from balcony is so creepy

There are not many services that they can offer but still the behaviour of staff and services were good. The issue was with AC as it was not working and the flush tank in the washroom was installed in the ceiling and it was leaking continuously. Also there was no WiFi. It was a decent stay and if you are out of options in Karjat, this hotel can be opted.

It is approximately 1.5 kms from Karjat station, so you can easily go by auto by paying ₹40 and recharging. Regarding booking in this hotel, they were saying that the hotel is available for you here, if you book then the chances of getting it are very less. This is a problem due to which. Even after booking the ticket online, I was worried about what kind of room I had got because their receptionist was saying that you have booked. Chances of getting a room are very less, so I had to face such problems.

soloThere is no hygiene. Glasses are all dirty and cubbords are encroached with mosquiotes and cockroaches. The bathroom windows are half broken for people to enjoy you bathing from outside. Taps are all dirty seems like not used or cleaned from decades. The hand wash given was so dirty that you cant imagine.
