    Terrible Stay

    Room provided was on the 5th floor, no elevator, tiny, dirty linen. Lights were non serviceable. Window opened in a dirty alley.

    Nothing. Area manager is the biggest liar who said weather is absolutely clear when it was raining cats and dogs so that he can avoid cancellation and don’t have to refund.
