Review Of Pine Spring Resort

Excellent external view surrounded by mountains and well maintained lawn. Family room quite spacious with the common drawing room. Bathrooms were a big pain, water flow not good, commode not flushing well and finally, hot water everywhere in the bathroom including commode and washbasin even if you turn on cold water!

The room describe in your booking was 225 sq ft but actual room given was not more than 125 sq then the flooring was too bad bathroom towel was having multiple holes and bad smelling

The property is fair, room and infrastructure maintenance poor. Leaking pipes and water from walls, poor standard of sheets and towels. Reservation and room allotment disorganised. We were given the smallest room where 3 people cannot fit in. This is when we've booked and paid for 3 pax. Called central reservations who then facilitated shifting to another room. Catering services are good- the only saving grace. We have not used the showers being dirty and unhygienic

The hotel has rooms in 3rd floor. But there is no lift available. We (4 people) are all beyond 60 years of age and they allotted our rooms in top floor. This is really a negative aspects. There was no point in requesting them.

Our stay in pine spring pahalgam was really nice. Dr. Syed in front office and mr. Danish ziyani in the restaurant was really cooperative and they make us feel we are in our home town. We really appreciate both of them. We strongly recommend pine spring.

Even after repeated requests for refund of my booking amount of rs 7910 due medical emergency( road accident, neither pine spring resort nor makemytrip responded to my request. I will advise all tourists not to book pine spring resort in pahalgam as they are inhuman and mercilessly seized my hard earned money in the name of company policy. Would like to see your business going down at very fast rate in future

Very amazing property, excellent service, staff is polite. Loaction is good. And food is delicious. Overall superb.

This hotel has no hygiene or safety protocols. The rooms are extremely dirty. Bedsheets and towels are stained all over. Our bathroom vent fan caught on fire and the entire plastic fan melted and we slept in the poisonous fumes from plastic all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is very very supportive i have has a plea-sent stay, specially the gm of hotel in pehalgam has helped us going out the way i will definitely recommend stay over here to everyone. What a beautiful service and such a great staff. They made our stay amazing

Hotel was very good. Hospitality was awesome. Staff was very helpful. Especially gm sir mr. Ashiq was helpful and polite and ready to help you out in any problem.

Nice location and garden and view. You can hear the river flow. However room had no ventilation and small sized rooms.

Central heater was kept off in this hilly area since night. Hot water was another issue. Food tasteless. Will never return to this hotel as it's not even 1 star

Not sure why advertised it as a 4-star and charged heavily from us (cost more than our stay in Gulmarg. The hotel is old. The rooms are old. Maintenance is lacking. Although the food was quite tasty. The staff seemed a bit uninterested to do their job although a few of them were nice. The location is not good, there is nothing outside the hotel. It's in the midst of a village. The biggest problem is the power cut and the rooms get cold as the small electric heater doesn’t run at that time. The center heating one doesn’t run too during a power cut. So our stay was a bit painful as it was -7 degrees outside during the night. There was no lift etc so if you have aging parents you should ask for a lower floor room. All in all, i would have said if the property is charged as a 3-star hotel it was okay, but i was charged 4star for a 3-star hotel.

Amazing hotel, amazing location and amazing service.

Pros 1. Good location: it is at a walkable distance from a point where you can get shared cabs to go to main market in 10-20rs. It has a small river flowing right across the gate. You can take a stroll along it. 2. Staff was helpful and service was good. Cons 1. Rooms are very small 2. Carpet stinks 3. Some animals kept jumping on the rooftop, it kept us up at night.
