Review Of Pine Drive Resort

I had a terrible experience at Pine Drive View Resort. The staff, including the front desk manager, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn’t listen to any concerns and behaved as if guests didn’t matter. The room service was poor, and the mattresses were so old they made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Only the food was decent. Overall, the resort offers zero value for money definitely not recommended.

Breakfast starts 9:30am they’re not giving complete buffet and food quality very very bad. Rooms not well mentioned

it was a bad experience. We stayed there but The room above our room had a group of guys playing extremely loud music on a Bluetooth speaker late at night. There was shouting and loud noise, making it impossible to rest. I contacted the hotel reception multiple times, but no action was taken. Only when I got very upset and complained strongly around 1:20 AM did they finally stop the music. The hotel staff was completely irresponsible, and there was no sense of security. property location good. Need skilled drive to reach resort from barog road as its quite steep. No play area anymore. Food quality average

The location of the resort is excellent and so is the food. but not much satisfied with the room service.

Property was awesome and truly justify the name as it is surrounded by beautiful pine trees. I stayed in a balcony room and it has a breathtaking view. Bad part in the room was that it just just one ceiling fine where it needs 2 given the room size. Very uncomfortable if weather is not good, you will be dripping. Food was awesome, one thing they need to improve is surely the check in experience. They are least bothered to feel anyone welcomed and just merely allocating you a room.

Pathetic hotel. No Elevator. No clean rooms. Broken locks. Broken switches. Dirty and used linens. Fungus over kettle tray and dirty glasses. DONT GO.

Whole night there was no power. Even room phones didn’t work that time and we couldn’t order anything or inform them. Staff while cleaning utensils dropped everything on the floor.

This hotel is very good and it is situated between beautiful trees, the food quality is very good, the room quality is also very good, there is a mini zoo in this property and the use of this property is very fantastic

Property’s location was good, quite central however the overall experience was bad. The resort was overcrowded and there was hardly any staff. Some young men were living in the room nearby and they were so loud and rowdy that it was impossible to sleep! Poor management. Very average breakfast. Highly understaffed. Uncool and unsatisfactory stay!

Very Bad Experience , we stayed for just 1 night and neither was the room telephone working nor was the room clean . And the housekeeping staff also did their part in making our journey horrible, clothes of previous owners was still hanging, no towels provided , toilet jet was also broken and the washroom was also not cleaned after the previous owners left. Staff was very lazy, had to call 5 times just so they could provide me with a heater

The overall experience was average. The service was mediocre, and the food options were quite limited and overpriced for the quality and variety offered. On the first day, a proper breakfast was not provided, and it was only after raising the issue that a buffet was arranged on the second day.

Stay in pine drive resort was overall good. Property is totally covered with pine trees and weather is cold due to these trees. hotel has good rooms, service and staff and not last Food is tasty. I would prefer to visit again to relax and chill here.

Pathetic service. Over expensive food. It's far better to eat from outside in terms of taste and cost. I will suggest booking any other hotel at the same cost would give you a better experience.

Best resort available in solan and so nearby to kasauli with real vibes of hill station. Helpful staff specially mr sanjeev raghuvanshi. Property even has its mini zoo. Would recommend it to everyone.

The rooms don’t have bolts working ; the food staff are not trained, no value for money but the food was decent and the rooms are not bad - the loos are weird, the bathroom don’t have space for soap liquid - one has to step out of the shower cabin
