I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful at night. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was fresh with a good variety. Special mention to the housekeeping team for their prompt service and to the front desk for their excellent hospitality.

Poor Stay
The room was too small for family of 4 just two queen beds was there as per the quotation send by you evening tea was complimentary but the hotel also charged that even after we told them no non veg item served in buffet in two days even in breakfast no boiled or omelette was there you guys charged 23000 for 2 days but these rooms cost 2000 only so its your fault guys I would never recommend anyone to book from MMT

The stay was good The breakfast was very average. There were not many options of food. The attitude of staff was not welcoming And they need to improve their communication skills with the guests. The superior room was good But there were noises coming from the other room. So were not able to sleep properly I will give average rating as 3 stars

Services are good with good staff members. Food was good too. Repetitive but good quality. Close to Railway Station and Nice view from tarrace.

Budget Hotel with nearest Railway Station
Initially, when we checked into the Hotel at that time the experience was not very good. We felt like we came in Scooter and not in the car so the treatment given to us is different. Apart from that there were some problems in the room allocated to us. But, after that the hotel Manager listens to our queries and provides a great solutions for that. They offered us a Room Upgrade without any extra charge due to some issues which were there in the room. The staff and everyone at the hotel treated us very well. I especially liked the Hospitality shown from Watchmen and Ground Staff. The best part of the hotel is it's just near 1-1.5km from Udaipur Railway Station which is very good. However, the outside area of the hotel is like a residential small society. Thanks to the Manager who allowed late checkout by 1.5 Hour understanding our concern that we get late due to my 2.5 year old son. So, Thank you so much for that. Pros of Hotel: 1) Good Hotel in Budget Stay 2) Near the Railway Station 3) Terrace View of Hotel 4) Pool Cons (Areas for Improvement) 1) Multiple Things are not available which are mentioned in the room while Booking. 2) You have to ask the Staff to provide Dental Kits, Toiletries, Slippers and some more which are already added as things are already included while Booking.
