Nice experience, cooperative staff, location is very good, but furniture and a few other things are old type...need to be modified as per recent trends.. overall good

I had booked a room with three beds, but was given one with two beds and an extra mattress, citing the reason of non-availability. However, the location is peaceful and I could get a nice sleep. Sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers were clean. Bathroom sanitation was average. Also, hot water was provided on demand for drinking. The staff is friendly and guides properly.

They are not serving food. Hygiene is poor. Very dirty room. Only morning time we get hot water and that also not came in shower. In two days stay they have not clean my room.

They don't have any tea, coffee or any meal facilities. This is not a family hotel.

The rooms are spacious. Excellent location near sgpgi. There are so many good eateries available nearby. But the overall room ambience looks like some old dharmashala. Only negative thing which i can think off is that there is no geysers in the bathroom.

Deluxe AC room was spacious with a balcony. Room service was good and courteous. Toilet was clean. Furniture appeared old and in need for some good overhaul. Room styling was not modern. Bed linen although cleaned, looked and felt as if it needs cleaning. Piped hot water was available in morning since 7 am, rest of the day hot water in bucket was made available on demand. Good experience, but could be one of the best budget options if above points are addressed.

Hotel is good location. Room is good but services not good. Hotel charges is to high behalf facilities. Hotel facilities not satisfactory. Food quality not good. Cleaning good but do some more. Staff is coo prated with guest.
