Location
Excellent, right opposite to Hyatt hotel and within a bid residential society with ample of shops at ground floor including 24hr departmental store.
Food
Not much, provided maggie pouches in room and ingredients for making simple tea with kitchen equipments.
Amenities
It's a super small room with a bed that draws out as another bed making it 4 seater. Note the second bed isn't fully 4 seater but you can adjust. It has balcony but the sliding door is not operational and with a broken glass so better not touch, it won't fully close. It has cleaning but only on demand and by 11am or later. They may book for 3+ people but will only provide amenities for 2 like 2 maggie, towel, dental kit.
Service
Worst part. The local host isn't very prompt nor polite. He sounds like doing a favour to you rather than servicing you. Half of the time his call won't connect or be picked. Once picked for any request he will provide service at his preferred timing. He doesn't like being disturbed before 10.30am in morning, if you ask he may hit you back with counter, "How would you like if disturbed in mornings?" He may ultimately serve your request but you may have to beg for it as I said it's a favour not service.
Cleaning/Hygiene
Bad hygiene, we found previce guest stuffs in drawers, they seem like never cleaned. The side sofa was dirty and we were told it's not possible to clean. Cleaning services are available only on demand but not before 11.30am so if you need to go out forget about cleaning.
Overall, it's only show with theme picture but badly maintained and not worth price. The apartment complex is mostly similar service apartments with 1/4 th price you can check them out directly.
