The stay was good, huge property, well maintained lawns, trees and swimming pool. Foods were excellent. Thanks to Mr. Suvendu from the restaurant and Mr. Sarfaraz from room service. All the staff we met were very cooperative. nly, the business rooms should also have mini freezers, but the service we had replenished the lack.

service & food is bad, average location understaffed hotel. Overall an average experience couldn't choose to stay again.

Staff behavior is unacceptable and abusive. There is excessive noise pollution from the DJ. Even when I tried to change my property, MakeMyTrip did not help me.

The ac was broken in 2 rooms that we booked initially then we took another room. They took 2 hours to fix that

I am a solo female traveller,my need for accommodation must have safe, positive ambience with comfy stay.This place has become a must visit with cooperative staff, maintained cleanliness.Only drawback was gym and swimming pool was inoperable during my visit,which must be serviceable.

The property is huge and spacious. Additional benefit are the location ( just on the highway). However, creation of the property is one thing and running the facility is another. The management has no experience of running the show. Rooms are big but dirty and very limited maintenance. Room service is pathetic and dinner ordered at 9 pm gets to your room only by 11:30 pm. I had to sleep hungry that night and could not take the delivery at 11:30 pm.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, clean linen. Very close to the nh, lot of parking space, restaurant food is simple and delicious and staff behaviour is excellent. Housekeeping needs to be looked into.
