Overall smooth stay. The staff were helpful and accommodated little requests which made the stay comfortable.

Great neat and clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, Nice and polite staff, loved my stay at the luxus inn.

Room was very spacious & full of all facilities, family restaurant and restaurant & bar both are within side the hotel.

Every thing is all right. however the service provided to guest at front office is terrible. it needs to be improved.

Water leakage in room during rain and seepage problem. Basic facility like Water bottle is paid basis. Room tariff is quite high compared to service. Restaurant is good and have a limited parking space.

Hotel and sarvice was so good and staff behaviour also like very friendly behaviour and restaurant was but I order paneer chilli so panir was so tight and so other wise all good in hotel thaku...

The location is near dhanbad city centre. The rooms are aesthetic and the food here is also too good. Overall nice experience.

Excellent location. But service quality needs to be improved. Premium Deluxe room had no work table. And bathroom cleanliness is not good. Room Tariff is good. Food is tad expensive. Will definitely stay agaim.

Simple things like delivering water bottles or responding to room service calls took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. In hospitality, timeliness makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that areaI recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and my overall experience was average.
