Good staff good stay very comfortable would definitely recommend good place and clean essential things easily available

This service apartment is not officially registered with society of apartment, we have to sneak in as guest

It us actually a room in an apartment. Customer support was good. No problem happened for entry. Room was spacious and clean. Got the breakfast early as 6. 30am so that i was able to go to my exam. Best for those coming for pro-metric exams because exam centre is very near, walkable distance only.

It’s worth it for money. Good apartment with wonderful ambience.

No shope in bathroom, no anything available in room, eve drinking bottel is not good

All was well. The problem was there with water supply in the morning. Which could be solved after repeated complain.

The main door was closed had to get entered from the Side gate. Washroom were not cleaned and they even do not change the mattress. Food was great. Overall not a good stay.

I was expecting it to be a hotel but it was an apartment. Again it was a bit uncomfortable when the security guard always asks about where we are going and we are coming.

Communication not on time, room not that clean on some days, no care to customer voice as lock not fixed to room door, toilet flush not fixed, no immediate response to customer when customer falls ill. It’s a serious issue. I wish luck to Park Inn Hospitality in future. Keep doing good work. It has tight security, room boy character sincere, caring, duty first guy and obedient, wide room space, easy access to various locations and sincere customer caring.

This is the big cheating in make my trip. The hotel shows big facilities.. But actually its don't get you. They will say many arguments. And I think this is illegal property. And they don't provide at least soap for also. I got very angry with this property and make my trip also.

Not recommended for family, it is like one flat 4 rooms and you will get one room, the flat will have two strangers cook and cleaning staff always and you have to obey them. No freedom. It is good for people who travel alone for company work.

Very poor service. Hindi speaking staffs were there only for two hours. The owner does not care about it. Very bad stay that I stayed in my life. Breakfast they given is utterly waste. Unhygienic room. No hot water, bed sheets are reused ones with shrinking smell.

I stayed here for a night and room which I chose was a super deluxe room. The room and the washroom were not clean. There was hair everywhere in the washroom and probably the room was not cleaned after the previous occupant vacated it. The towel given to me did not seem to be fresh and the blanket was smelly. I ask them to parcel my breakfast as I was in a hurry. In the menu it was aloo parathas but in the parcel I was given plain parathas and there was curd everywhere as it was not packed properly. Overall not good. In the same price you will find many hotels in whitefield area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is not a hotel. This is a flat in which they have 4 rooms. This is the worst place I have been in my life. Save your money. Worst place please don't go there I beg you find some place better than this. You will regret your decision after you book this place.

If one has to just take bath and has to get fresh only than think about this, else hopeless. Breakfast was so poor, served cold, better than Dharmshalas not more than that, if you have to check late night better call manager in the evening only.

This hotel is located in IT hub of the city. Very near to some of the main cities in Bangalore. The rooms were very neat and hygienic. Complimentary breakfast was good but limited. Room attendants were always ready to make me feel comfortable. Wifi works very fast.

Very worst experience ever I had, please call me from make my trip, I need my money back along with taxi charges 10000, it is said that park hospitality inn, but it is inside 2 kms from main road of serviced apartments, no privacy, very critical to use, NEED taxi every time in and out, no photo is fake

Disgusting experience. This service apartments in Prestige Shantiniketan Flat 6115 is infested with bed bugs. This place should be de-listed from your offers. The caretaker made us wait for 1 hr before we could get the key to flat. We had to leave in middle of night and shift to other hotel at our own expense as place was infested with bed bugs. Please do not offer this service apartment to anyone even for free. Not maintained. The bed sheets are all stained.

Bathrooms were leaking. Found a lot of Hindi speaking persons sleeping in the kitchen, hall and that was annoying. Situated in Whitefield Prestige Apartment Complex, this service apartment have 4 rooms from which I rented 2 for two days. Stay was not bad I have to say but it was not great either. Both rooms have A/c and TV's. But the bed sheets were used and additional bed I ordered was smelling bad. The owner only talked on phone and he appointed a manager to look after this. He was not seen after we check-in. Could have been a better stay if these guys paid some attention maintaining what they got.
