When I had checked out from the hotel, from nowhere, the caretaker mooted a narrative that Towels are missing. when I had said that we kept it in the cupboard and not used it. He continued his narrative that only one is there and claims to have kept two towels. However, he never informed me or showed me the printed checklist of what are there in the room. When I said that I'll pay, and still, not remember of two towels there. He said that he cannot accept Gpay or Paytm mode of transaction, as cleverly, he knew that that mechanism will generate receipt and forced me to pay by cash. If the missing towel is much concerned for him, why he haven't provided with a cash receipt? Warm advice to those who wants to stay here, when you check-in, get a checklist of what is there in the room, and when you are checking out don't get down to the lobby immediately but call the caretaker to verify all the things in the rooms. Because after I went down to the lobby, then caretaker went upstairs to check to frame a missing towel scene. Kindly be caution with this tactics whereas rest everything are fine with this property.
