The air conditioning unit is unfortunately not functioning. Despite my attempts to inform the receptionist and their subsequent efforts to resolve the issue, the problem persists. Consequently, we were unable to utilize the air conditioning during our stay. Furthermore, I experienced an electric shock in the bathroom while using the wash basin and tap, even after the water heater was turned off. Despite my repeated attempts to bring these matters to the hotel's attention, the issues remain unresolved.

The location of hotel is near to the north gate of the temple , however you will never find the hotel owner in his seat especially during the day time.....room was clean and A/C wasn't working..

It's clean and pleasant . near to the temple . Friendly staff. Affordable price .

Property is not well maintained...Restroom is very small and no proper service...No lift for a 2 storey difficult for aged persons to climb 2 floors...Stay is not value for the money and costly compared to the service provided...

Receiving of receptionist and interacting about to discuss about staying they behaved very very rude, rubbish and worst person. And they are specially not allowing more than two bags and also not allowing the women's personal hand bags and doing arguments very rudely. They don't know how to receive the customers. Finally this hotel is not safe for pilgrims and women who are traveling alone in the night times. Really very very sad to say that ,We didn't expect this kind of worst experience from Make my trip.

We’ve booked the room before day and we arrived at 9:30 at location. The property people asked extra 500 to take the room as we arrived earlier. But when we had a conversation with the property people before day he told will room without any money. Really unexpected this after booking We had a kid and don’t want to take risk to see another room and cancel this room and no not water and room wasn’t upto the mark. I booked for first time and bad experience

Simply neat and clean….We have not faced any issue during our stay

The very happiest thing is, the proximity. almost 250 m away from the East main entry. 50 m to North gopura. you can enter the temple from there too. room are clean and ambience is good. we have taken AC room. AC is good. people are polite. coming to the cons, room is congested. no soap , handwash or shampoo. no table no chair... no wardrobe. one receptionist and the other are housekeeping staff. only two cars can be parked. we have chosen public transport so no problem for us. anyways... if you have not much expectations and need a room with little comforts and closer proximity... this is a good choice

Location is very close to temple entrance. It’s a very mediocre hotel. Hygiene is very average. Only 3 staff. A manager a lady cleaner cum attendee and one watchman. Rents are high during weekends. Just double. No food served. No other services.

Main intention was to find a stay close by to the temple. The stay was short, 90% of the time we were outside visiting places and temples. overall it was okay, not great

The hotel should have mentioned that car cannot be brought inside the town during weekends. Had bad car parking experience

The location is good but in room number. 103, the water from the AC is leaking, and the bath room-cum-toilet is very congestive(small). There's no food, even drinking water is also charged
