When I arrived and chk in the room he was given small room in 4th floor and it’s very congestive, and finally I upgrade to AC and Chosen the first floor

Terrible Stay

We booked hotel before reaching the location. When we reached the hotel owner said booking already full and no room and we stayed in terrace floor and there were no attached bathroom. My wife was scared and option left we stayed in the hotel for 1 night

Summary of Your Hotel Experience Date of Stay: October 3, 2025 Location: Excellent, very close (2 minutes) to the North Gate of the temple. Staff: Good and cooperative. Cost: Not worth the price ( for a two-bed room). Key Concerns (Reasons for Not Recommending) Accessibility: Not suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues due to the lack of a lift/elevator and uneven flooring. Dining: No food available on the premises, requiring a walk to the North Gate for meals. Room Design: While the room was spacious, the bathroom design was poor, making it congested and inconvenient.

We stayed at your hotel recently and paid for an extra bed. But when we requested an additional bedsheet for the extra bed, the housekeeping staff said “Yeduthu varen” and never brought it. We called reception more than 10 times, but nobody attended the call. Finally, while vacating the room, when we asked again, the staff questioned “Oru room-ku yethana bedsheet kekkuranga?” — which was unprofessional. Since we have paid for the extra bed, providing a bedsheet is basic service. Overall, the lack of response from reception and the attitude of staff was disappointing. Please take steps to ensure that future guests don’t face this issue.
