We stayed at your hotel recently and paid for an extra bed. But when we requested an additional bedsheet for the extra bed, the housekeeping staff said “Yeduthu varen” and never brought it. We called reception more than 10 times, but nobody attended the call.
Finally, while vacating the room, when we asked again, the staff questioned “Oru room-ku yethana bedsheet kekkuranga?” — which was unprofessional. Since we have paid for the extra bed, providing a bedsheet is basic service.
Overall, the lack of response from reception and the attitude of staff was disappointing. Please take steps to ensure that future guests don’t face this issue.
