Overpriced, Unhygienic Hotel Near Temple - Poor Maintenance and Noisy Stay

The hotel’s proximity to the temple entrance is convenient, but the room rates are excessively high. We paid for a room that was messy and untidy, with mold present and a leaking bathroom that made continuous waterfall-like sounds throughout the night. For the cost, this kind of stay is unacceptable. There are newer and better hotels in the vicinity—this one is definitely not recommended.

Bad experience and not recommended for staying

We booked and went there, we just reached and the reception person came there running and asked do you have booking, we told booking and he informed we don’t accept any bookings, i showed him clearly my booking then he silently went inside. There is no place for us to car parking and the watchman told us to go away and park on road very harshly. Later while i was searching for parking on road, the receptionist had a quarrel with my family. We booked for 4 adults and we had plan change in last minute and we were 5 people, we aked that we will pay for 1 extra bed and the person did not agree and kept on arguing in a harsh way. If we ask for their manager number he replied to check in trucaller. We had a very bad experience and won’t recommend to any other state person other than tamilnadu. We also had lizard in the room and bathroom was dirty.

The hotel is very close to the temple (north gate - amman amman gopuram. The hotel ambience is very cool and comfortable. I will surely recommend it to the family who is planning to stay here. It has an in-house restaurant which is very good and has a variety of food. And finally the staff was very friendly and enjoyed it a lot.
