ha we had a pleasant stay main reason is pleasant atomsphere provided by the fresh up management

The staff at the Fresh-Up hotel was courteous and helpful. The air conditioning worked fine. However, there were several issues during our stay. The room sizes were quite small, and there was no dustbin inside the rooms. The TV was not working, and upon inquiry, we were informed that there was a cable cut somewhere outside. Additionally, all the bathrooms were located outside the rooms, and some of them did not have proper locks, which was inconvenient. We were told that we could use the kitchen facilities and drink water from a water purifier, but this information was shared only at the end of the day. Since we were unaware of the purifier, we ended up purchasing water bottles from the hotel itself. We stayed for two days, but the bed covers were not changed during our stay, which was disappointing. On the second day, we continued our stay without using the MakeMyTrip app, as the hotel offered a lower price compared to the rates on MakeMyTrip. Overall, while the staff was good, the facilities and maintenance could be improved significantly.

Worst experience with fresh up. They didn’t mention about washrooms being common for all the rooms and the washrooms were also not clean. The receptionist service is also bad and he is not quick with the responses. I recommend not to book this stay at any cost. Please don’t believe the photos. It’s kind of courtage.!!
