Good stay
Location is good, staying here for second time Last stay was excellent but this stay was average the room was ok and can accommodate 4 people easily. Early check in was given which is good during peak days. A2B is walkable around 100 meters . Coffee shop is just below the hotel which is a plus. Cost a bit high due to peak season..overall ok stay

Excellent Amenities
This hotel are cleaned and having good Amenities. Staffs are good.We enjoyed holiday trip at Thiruvannamalai.

4. There is no lift faculty in sri lakshmi residency. Difficult for those who are staying in 2nd & 3rd floor.

Superb stay
Very good stay. Washrooms were neat it has a restaurant which serves good food. It is on the main road and only 1km to the temple.

Average Stay
The rooms had a bad smell. They might have sprayed some freshener in the room and also in the walkway. We can smell the cigarette smell. Not ideal for families.

Terrible Stay
The place was not clean and bathroom was extraordinary dirty with layers of fungus all over. The place is not worth for the money paid

Poor Stay
Toilet flush not working. Tv was not functional. Bed was dirty and unclean linen. Not worth the money rs. 1800 for non ac room. Very far from the bustand and temple. Not very happy with my stay. I could as well ask for refund

Worst front desk
Attitude of the front desk staff is very very bad. They just don’t listen to anything that is said to them.

businessStay was good. Hotel room was neat. But power back up was poor and since our rooms were in 5th floor it was a bit of an issue since frequent power interruptions were there. Moreover room tariff in that hotel is only rs 2000- so make my trip has over charged me to the extent of 75%

Good Stay
I have visited this hotel on a full moon day only concern i have is distance from the raja gopuram. Because auto people charged 400- for 2 people for a distance of 4kms. This is the only concern i have with this stay. Rest all are good in term of our stay and also there is good food available in the 1st floor.

Hotel is not provided towel, water, soap and etc. We asked for the same but hotel guys said we are not provide. When we booked last time, they have provide all above. Rooms cleaning was ok okay, in toilet water is leaking.

familyIt has an non- veg restaurant. Ab, a veg restaurant is about 800m away. This restaurant has a hotel seasons which looks good. Overall stay at shiva residency is good except that veg food has be ordered brought from nearby restaurants.
