overall a clean place. but their waiters, breakfast handlers, housekeeping need training
- breakfast: they didn't understand coffee with less milk, they took that to mean 'light coffee' so they cut the coffee along with cutting the milk also theirbfresh water melon juice had added water, sugar and color.we found out when we asked about why it was so sweet!
- they didn't clean the rooms/ make the beds after day 1
- didn't take away room service utensils after use
- locks / keys were poorly maintained
- the suite was supposed to be air conditioned but AC was in only one room, not both roomsnin the suite
- on the first day their pool was closed for maintenance (just cleaning and chlorination) from 2 pm and was unusable. they could have done it during weekdays. they chose to do it on a Friday when they knew they had more traffic on weekends.
on the plus side,
they had good car parking, driver accommodation,
Their staff was courteous
They moved is to the floor above when they saw the elderly person in our group struggles with stairs.. and that floor was easier + wheel chair accessible
