I had a very good stay at Hotel Seasons. The rooms are excellent, spacious, and well maintained, giving a lot of comfort. The location is also very convenient as it is very near to the temple. The staff here are very polite and well receiving, which made the stay even better. All facilities like food, ATM and other necessities are available close by, so there was no difficulty at all. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would surely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel room was great but the service was terrible. In the evening requested for a towel and I was shocked to hear that you should have bath in the morning. I was more amused. Today requested for a bottle of water and they informed that since you are checking out the same will be charged.

Bathrooms are not maintained properly. They are not clean. The quality of towels are bad. They are old and cannot be used due to bad smell. There was an out break of helfa set and the entire bathroom was flooded with water in the early morning. No technician available in the morning to resolve the problem reported to reception. AC was not cooling. Over all stay is not good.
